Program Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Program Manager in Seattle, WA.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end administrative workflows supporting participant contracting for a large-scale marketing event
• Prepare contract requests and supporting documentation, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal processes
• Maintain operational tracking systems by updating contract statuses, validating participant information, and monitoring workflow progress
• Generate reports on contract execution, outstanding deliverables, and program readiness while communicating status updates to key stakeholders
• Support post-event administrative activities, including participation verification and coordination of payment readiness with cross-functional partners
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency and efficiency

Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years in business operations or project management
• Strong understanding of process best practices to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams
• Strong organization and project management skills, including a working knowledge of one or many project management tools
• Extreme attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Ability to forge relationships across a growing and evolving organization with complex decision influences
• Ability to prioritize and multitask; Ability to manage projects and campaigns with tight deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
