What You'll Be Doing

• Perform production MIG welding on automotive components
• Read work instructions and follow welding specifications
• Inspect welded parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain consistent production output throughout the shift
• Work safely around welding equipment and manufacturing machinery
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Ability to pass a hands-on MIG welding test
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Production welding experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment

• Automotive manufacturing facility
• Continuous welding and production activities throughout the shift
• Exposure to welding sparks, heat, and manufacturing equipment
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
• Fast-paced production environment with quality and productivity expectations
• PPE required and provided according to facility safety guidelines
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
