We specialize in solutions for the Semiconductor, Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Telecom, and Defense industries. About the role We are looking for a part time 20 hours a week Operations/Billing Assistant who will work remotely and come onsite in Frisco 1 day a month What you'll do Generate and manage invoices using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support operational workflows through Rippling Maintain accurate financial and operational records Assist with reporting, data entry, and process organization Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred Familiarity with Rippling or similar HR/operations platforms Strong organizational and independent working skills Proficiency in Excel is a plus Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision Talent101 pays referral fees.
