Trainer/Training Specialist - Part-Time Contract | Workforce Software | Buffalo, NY and Utica, NY: onsite
We're hiring a Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training for employees using WorkForce Software, or similar workforce-management/timekeeping systems .
What You'll Bring
- Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, workforce management systems, or employee timekeeping platforms
- Ability to explain technical workflows clearly to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency
- Availability for early-morning training sessions Tuesday through Thursday
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and inclusiveness
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Training: Two 90-minute instructor-led sessions per day
- Start Time: First session may begin as early as 7:00 AM
- Travel: Travel between assigned locations may be required
