Outside Sales Representative Dallas, TX Imperial USA is currently searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Dallas, Texas to take ownership of our existing relationships and grow new business in the Mid-South region. You will be the face of Imperial USA in your region,supporting our network of distributors, leading product training, and making regular customer visits, while just as actively hunting new accounts and growing revenue. If you're a driven, relationship-first sales pro who also loves the chase of new business, we want to talk to you. What we can offer YOU: Pay: $80,000 – $100,000/year Base Salary Bonus opportunities Health insurance Retirement plans Employee discounts on our products Stable company with steady growth Schedule: Full time Monday – Friday What we’re looking for: Musthave outside sales experience with a proven track record of success Previousexperience in the building and remodeling industry Knowledgein commercial doors, frames, hardware, and related building materials heavily preferred Aself-starter with a hunter mentality – equally comfortable growing existing accounts and opening new ones Strongrelationship-building and presentation skills; Comfortable running product training sessions Willingand able to travel up to 50% throughout the territory for client and job-site visits Must be based in the Dallas – Fort Worth, TX area Valid driver's license required Ability to travel by car and air as needed Territory Includes: Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Mexico What you’ll be doing: Serveas the primary, client-facing point of contact representing Imperial USA in person and building trust in the field Activelyprospect and open new accounts, driving revenue growth and building market share across the territory Callon key accounts and job sites across your territory to keep relationships strong and deals moving Collaboratewith our inside sales and customer service team on quotes, order entry, and project follow-up Representing Imperial USA at industry trade shows, association events, and dealer/contractor meetings Keep a pulse on market activity, project bids, and competitor moves, and report back on pipeline and account activity About Us: With 32 years in business based in Charlotte, NC, Imperial USA is a fast-growing importer and wholesale distributor of commercial door hardware, hollow metal doors, and frames.
