Outside Sales Representative - Roofing
Locations: Metro Dallas, TX
Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal
Training Pay, Uncapped Commissions: Average annual earnings $150k+

Whether you're a student, recent graduate, or motivated self-starter, this is your chance to gain invaluable experience while helping families protect their most important asset—their home.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners via door-to-door lead generation
- Educate and guide property owners through roof inspection and insurance claim processes
- Support regional marketing initiatives ( flyer distribution, local outreach )
- Partner with senior sales reps to develop your skills in real-time
- Support families in storm-impacted neighborhoods by helping them restore and protect their homes
Training & Compensation:
- Training Pay: weekly + commissions
- Access to industry-leading tools, CRM platforms, and coaching from seasoned pros
