Customer Service Coordinator

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour

Bailey Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Coordinator  for their Wall Township, NJ , location. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure our office operations run efficiently. Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments using company scheduling software
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Communicate appointment updates and service information clearly and accurately
• Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure customer information is up to date
• Provide administrative support to the office team and assist with additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, dispatch, or office administration experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling and dispatch software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $22.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
