Billing and Invoicing Specialist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing and Invoicing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, QuickBooks, and possess strong data entry skills. Duties: - Generate and send out invoices - Review billing for accuracy and completeness - Process payments, refunds and checks - Follow up on outstanding accounts - Maintain billing records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies Required Skills: -Intermediate level with Excel, Word and Outlook - Proficiency in collection - Experience with QuickBooks - Strong data entry skills - Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately Nice-to-Have Skills: - Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Join our team and contribute to our commitment to accuracy and efficiency in billing processes.
