Full-time Lawn Care Service Technician Lawn Doctor, serving the finer homes of St. Louis Metro / St. Charles, is hiring skilled Lawn Care Specialists. If you love the outdoors and working with people, consider becoming a highly skilled Lawn Care Service Technician. You will receive full training and full team support. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance work and operate and maintain equipment. Handle fertilizers and pesticides used in day‑to‑day operations. Accomplish aerating and seeding lawns as needed. Qualifications Positive attitude. Physically able to operate equipment and lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout the day. Service lawns according to procedures learned during the training week. Maintain assigned equipment according to procedures outlined in the equipment manuals. Maintain good customer relations. Present and promote the Lawn Doctor service with a professional appearance. Available when needed; some Saturday work may be required on occasion. Able to follow directions. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Benefits Pay varies with experience and qualifications. Bonus on top of hourly pay. Time and ½ pay over 40 hours. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance starts after 60 days. Paid holidays.
