Real Estate Associate (2+ years)

Our client is seeking a transactional real estate associate attorney to join its Real Property Practice Group, with a focus on affordable housing projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling commercial real estate matters and a strong interest in lender‑side financing. Responsibilities Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, joint ventures, and land development projects Conduct title, survey, and related real estate due diligence Manage closings and coordinate with paralegals and team members across multiple offices Support client teams on affordable housing transactions and related projects Work independently while collaborating effectively with supervising attorneys and team members Required Qualifications Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions Strong title and survey review skills and experience with closing processes Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience or strong interest in lender‑side real estate financing Familiarity with affordable housing transactions and related regulatory considerations #J-18808-Ljbffr Permanent Placements LLC
