We are seeking a diligent and team-oriented Production / Weld Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Production / Weld Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.14 to $21.14 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
Job Description:
- Operate on the assembly line, performing tasks to achieve established production targets.
- Assemble or weld components according to Operator Description Sheets (ODS).
- Utilize automatic welding machines and various hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect assemblies for correct weld counts, part quantities, and overall product quality.
- Accurately maintain production and downtime records.
- Support inventory management, cost control, and quality initiatives within the plant.
Hours / Shifts:
- 1st shift: 7am-3pm 2nd
- Shift: 3pm-11pm
- 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
Production / Weld Operator Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator. Demonstrated welding experience, including robotic welding.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift and extended periods as required for overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Automotive industry.
