Program Manager (Top Secret Clearance Required)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PgM) to lead the successful delivery of a large, complex IT services program. The PgM will serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and will oversee strategy, execution, service quality, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across a geographically dispersed technical and operational workforce.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all program communications, coordination, and escalation.
Provide overall leadership, management, and direction for all contractor personnel assigned to the program.
Ensure high-quality delivery across all technical and business processes.
Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact program performance.
Make organizational commitments and decisions related to program execution on behalf of the company.
Oversee operational performance, staffing, service delivery, and compliance with program requirements.
Lead and support geographically dispersed operations and engineering teams.
Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) activities and other performance tracking mechanisms.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role:

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
Demonstrated experience delivering IT services within an ITIL/ITSM framework on programs similar in size and complexity.
At least seven years of management experience leading programs comparable in scale, dollar value, and scope.
Proven experience with Earned Value Management on large projects.
Experience leading distributed technical teams with diverse skill sets.
Active Top Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications
Experience implementing service level agreements and performance metrics.
Familiarity with federal procurement processes and management of cost-type contracts.
Experience with SDLC processes, SAFe Agile methodologies, and modernizing environments toward CI/CD or DevSecOps practices.
