If you’re looking for a position with excellent earning and growth opportunities Responsibilities Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Meet with motivated buyers who are actively looking to purchase Conduct buyer consultations Show homes and schedule property tours Write and negotiate purchase contracts Guide clients through the buying process Maintain communication and follow-up using our CRM Participate in team coaching and training Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals Qualifications Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Show a track record of real estate success At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industryActive Virginia Real Estate License (required) Full-time commitment to real estate Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable and willing to follow proven systems Positive attitude and growth mindset Organized and accountable professional Motivated to increase production and income Compensation

• 75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
• 75,000-$150,000 per year
