Cyber Security Consultant

To support cyber defense initiatives, the full-time Cyber Defense Consultant will build and maintain technologies, tools, and metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client's Cyber Defense Center, with remote eligibility in several US states. Key responsibilities Leverage investigative tools to synthesize security data and develop SIEM dashboards for operational metrics Utilize knowledge of security architecture and automation to enhance cyber defense operations Engage with clients and teams to drive rapid resolution of security issues and advance strategic initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field 3 years of experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies 3 years of experience in writing reports for executive and technical audiences 3 years of experience in data analytics, including metrics and reporting 2 years of experience working with cyber defense teams in operational environments
