About the Role Orbit Innovations is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our Product Development, Sourcing, Production, and Operations teams. This role will be responsible for maintaining critical product and order information within our ERP system, supporting production workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across a growing portfolio of consumer electronics and beauty products. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys working with systems and processes, and takes pride in maintaining accurate information that supports the broader business. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain product, customer, and order information within the AMT ERP system, including customer SKUs, item descriptions, pricing, packaging dimensions, weights, and related product data. Review incoming Sales Order Forms and supporting documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate before production begins. Identify missing or incomplete information and coordinate with internal teams to obtain required details. Support the preparation and distribution of production orders to approved overseas factories. Maintain and organize product development files, technical specifications, packaging artwork, compliance documentation, and product records. Manage internal database folders and document libraries for consumer electronics and beauty product categories. Update and maintain production tracking reports, shipment schedules, cargo ready dates, booking statuses, and departure information. Assist with reporting and data management projects to improve operational visibility and workflow efficiency. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Production, Sourcing, and Logistics teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Support ongoing ERP maintenance, data cleanup initiatives, and process improvement efforts. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks related to production and operations as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in data entry, production coordination, operations support, logistics coordination, customer service, or purchase order processing. Experience working with ERP systems; prior AMT experience is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve problems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Experience Experience supporting consumer products, consumer electronics, beauty, personal care, or retail businesses. Familiarity with overseas manufacturing and production processes. Experience working with product specifications, purchase orders, inventory systems, or shipment tracking. Exposure to ERP implementation, maintenance, or data management projects. What Success Looks Like Product and order information is consistently entered accurately and on time. ERP records remain organized, complete, and up to date. Production teams have the information they need to execute efficiently. Shipment and production tracking reports are maintained accurately. Cross-functional teams can rely on clean, accurate data to make decisions. Our compensation packages reflect the experience, expertise, and contributions of each team member. The salary for this role ranges from $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
