Superintendent- Drywall page is loaded## Superintendent- Drywalllocations: Washington DCtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR-13477## **Job Description**DPR Construction is seeking a Drywall Self-Perform Work Superintendent with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience.**Requirements:**Superintendents will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all craft employees and will be responsible for the following:* Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen* Hire, Inspire and grow our craft workforce.* Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force.* Lead DPR’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope.* Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards.* Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production.* Lead the problem-solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arrive within this scope.* Professionally represent DPR Field Operations.**Qualifications:**We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
