$145,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and property details in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• A real estate license is required.

• Good communication.

• Sales experience.

• Must live within a daily driving distance of the office.
