Director of Development

Indy West Christian School is prayerfully seeking a passionate, mission-driven Christian leader to serve as our Director of Development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to use their gifts in relationship-building and fundraising to support a Christ-centered educational ministry.

In this role, you will lead efforts to grow financial support for the school through meaningful connections with donors, alumni, churches, and community partners. You'll play a key part in advancing the mission by helping sustain and expand opportunities for students to be educated through a biblical worldview.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with supporters
  • Lead fundraising initiatives, including annual and online giving
  • Champion the mission through storytelling, communication, and stewardship
  • Partner with school leadership to strengthen advancement efforts
What We're Looking For:
  • A vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Alignment with the school's faith and values
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fundraising or development experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
