Thesis is seeking a VP of Growth & Digital Product to lead the full growth organization, overseeing performance strategy, media acquisition, analytics, and ecommerce CRO. You will report to the President and drive the multi‑year plan toward the $100M+ revenue milestone with an AI‑driven operating model.
