The Full-Time Custodial Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing all labor necessary to maintain the building in a clean and orderly condition, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, fixture cleaning, waxing, mopping, and applying anti-static substances to carpets. Performing other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements High School diploma with two or more years' custodial experience. Ability to achieve and maintain security clearance at the TS level. Extensive walking, stooping, pushing, carrying, climbing, bending, and lifting. Other duties as assigned. Compliance with all company policies and standards. Abilities Lift at least 100 pounds at once and 60 pounds for extended periods. Relocate a 12-foot stepladder without assistance. Work at heights up to 60 feet, including scaffolds, aerial lifts, and ladders. Perform routine movements such as walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Good vision (corrected if necessary), color vision, hearing, and communication in English. Use standard ladders while carrying tools within weight limits. Recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers. Combine information to form general rules or conclusions.
