Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Line Lead to join our team in Saint Louis, MO, 63104. As a Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. If you have a passion for leadership and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the line.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with management to optimize production processes and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate production records.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs.
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage open communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Warehouse supervisor: 2 years (Required)
