Sign on Bonus- $1500 (must have 2 years of sales experience and active license) received after 90 business days

We're looking for a Residential Pest Control & Ancillary Sales Inspector who knows how to identify problems, build trust, and close deals on the spot.

Position Type:

Full-Time Pay: Base Pay + Commission

Position Summary:

• Perform comprehensive whole-home inspections (interior & exterior)
• Identify pest issues, conducive conditions, and preventative solutions
• Educate homeowners and recommend customized treatment plans
• Sell pest control services + ancillary solutions (exclusion, moisture control, insulation, etc.)
• Build urgency and close same-day sales
• Maintain a strong pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Pest Control, Termite treatment sand other Ancillary services.
• Conduct property inspections and deliver tailored service recommendations.
• Close inbound leads and actively prospect for new residential clients.
• Drive daily to customer appointments and job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Comfortable working outdoors and inside residential properties
• Sales experience preferred (pest control, home services, or similar industries a plus)
