Responsibilities Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance cycles, organization design & development, job classification, and compensation & benefits projects (no payroll tasks—your colleague handles that). Challenging and optimizing existing HR processes with a critical, fresh perspective—always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working. Translating ESG and sustainability goals into concrete HR initiatives and ensuring accurate administrative follow-up. Reporting directly to the Head of HR. Qualifications Master’s degree with strong analytical skills, positivity, and maturity. At least 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Structured, quality-focused working style with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach and natural ownership. Data‑driven HR expertise; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel skills are a plus. Passion for setting up, optimizing, and digitizing soft HR processes. Recognized as a driven go‑getter who delivers high‑quality work and has a keen eye for detail. Empathetic, involved, and inspiring—able to engage and connect colleagues across teams. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial organization where change is constant. Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
