Talent Acquisition Specialist Build Top Talent Pipelines

H MART Headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to identify and engage candidates through multiple channels, craft cold outreach, and maintain a strong talent pipeline. You will schedule interviews, manage ATS records, and assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
The role requires 1-2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual Korean and English is a plus.
