This position involves identifying business requirements and translating them into delivered technical solutions. Experience with modeling and forecasting is also a plus.Key Responsibilities* Identify business requirements (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output) and translate them into technical solutions.* Utilize approved software development tools and applications to design, develop, implement, and maintain low-code or no-code business solutions.* Facilitate user acceptance testing, including developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and communicating with project teams.* Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes to Controlled Testing and Production.* Collaborate with key partners in the development and delivery of solutions.* Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and consistent documentation through all phases of the Systems Development Life-Cycle.* Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, processes, and service-specific practices.* Interpret results of analysis and present recommendations, alternatives, and implications.* Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.* Develop, recommend, and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes.* Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, and models.* Develop and oversee project plans and roadmaps for corrective actions.Required Qualifications**Experience:** Pega Systems experience as a developer and/or product owner.**Technical Skills:** WordPreferred Qualifications* Experience with modeling and forecasting. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
