Position XPRF Clinical Education Specialist (CES) Organization The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization provides onsite technical training for our XP Radiography/Fluoroscopy customers. In this role, you will facilitate Clinical Education training on Siemens Imaging systems and components to deliver expert technical training, ensure customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers with professionalism. Position Summary The successful candidate’s principal responsibility is to facilitate best‑in‑class Clinical Education on Siemens Imaging systems and components by providing expert technical training that fosters customer excellence and represents Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Preparation – Prepare and gather necessary regulatory‑approved documentation for end‑user training. Travel – Routine travel Monday through Friday per business need, with potential requests for extended hours and weekends. Communication – Engage in practical and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Training delivery – Conduct clinical training to educate staff on using Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed. Administrative tasks – Complete regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, daily in‑service reports, etc.). Project & time management – Coordinate and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity. Proficiency – Maintain clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs. Preferred Experience Valid ARRT or equivalent national certification to relevant modality preferred. Minimum 5 years dedicated clinical experience preferred. Minimum 3 years dedicated clinical experience with contemporary Siemens equipment and software preferred. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and project management skills. PC proficiency including Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). Teaching experience. FlexForce Coach responsibilities (may vary by modality and per Coach engagement). Help develop and implement a customized education plan for customers to ensure effective utilization of our products. Communicate progress and provide summaries to stakeholders, i.e., productivity, efficiency, and performance impacts. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to optimize and standardize exams. Promote Education & Workforce Solutions offerings as applicable. Adhere to the internal Coach training plan, reporting standards, and documentation. Collaborate with internal team members to reduce customer distress. Participate in end‑of‑engagement feedback sessions for FlexForce Coach improvements. Benefits Base Pay Range: $74,350 – $102,234. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance. Client Access Requirements Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers client sites to perform essential functions. Many clients require Siemens employees to meet Vendor Credentialing requirements before access is granted. These requirements include proof of valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
