As part of our outpatient office setting, the selected LMFT will primarily work remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our work week spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a structured yet adaptable professional environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and relational challenges to determine their therapy needs.

• Develop tailored therapy plans, integrating evidence-based practices that are best suited to each client’s specific goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective treatment feedback.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists and mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to remain current with industry best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n
