Do not submit a new application through the online system.What You'll DoAs our Seasonal Performance Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our performance and entertainment staff—coaching actors, maintaining show quality, and ensuring every guest encounter is nothing short of extraordinary.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementSupervise, coach, and mentor performance staff to maintain high standards of show quality and guest engagementProvide daily feedback, recognition, and constructive coaching to foster professional growth and sustain team moraleOversee scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage each nightLead pre-shift meetings, communicate performance goals, and address challenges as they ariseOperational OversightMonitor adherence to all standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policiesTrack and manage labor hours, training budgets, and operational costs, reporting variances to managementOversee execution of performances, meet-and-greets, and special events in coordination with technical and creative teamsQuality Control & Guest ExperienceMaintain high standards for show quality, character consistency, and guest interactionObserve live performances, provide real-time feedback, and implement improvements as neededAddress guest and internal concerns promptly, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for allCollaboration & CommunicationPartner closely with creative, costume, makeup, and technical departments to ensure cohesive show deliveryFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture across all staff levelsSupport installation of new shows, events, and entertainment projects as neededAdministrative DutiesAdminister payroll, scheduling, and attendance records accurately and on timeMonitor inventory and submit requests for performance-related suppliesPrepare reports on performance metrics, guest feedback, and team achievementsSafety & CompliancePromote and enforce safety procedures, responding to incidents and concerns appropriatelyEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standardsWhat You Bring3+ years in entertainment, live events, theme park, or attractions management—performance or production experience strongly preferredProven ability to supervise and motivate a large, diverse seasonal workforceStrong coaching and team-building skills with a talent for developing frontline staffExcellent organizational and communication skills; calm and decisive under pressureExperience with scheduling, timekeeping, and basic budget/labor trackingAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and all scheduled event dates throughout the seasonMust be 18 years of age or olderCompensation & Employment DetailsHourly Rate: $20.00 per hour, depending on experienceEmployment Type: Seasonal/TemporaryExpected Season Duration: Mid Sept – Mid-November 2026Work Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during operational seasonArizona law requires disclosure that this is a seasonal/temporary position with an anticipated end date.
