As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support lead installers in completing residential HVAC projects, assist customers with their heating and cooling needs, and gain hands-on experience to grow your career. Requirements: * 1+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred, or experience in a mechanically inclined trade or related position * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines. * Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending. * Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required. * Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors. * Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
