Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Paralegal in New York, NY for our client. This role will support a range of corporate legal matters, including legal documentation, entity management, corporate governance, and transactional support. The Corporate Paralegal will maintain accurate legal records, prepare documentation, and collaborate with legal professionals on ongoing corporate matters.


Responsibilities as the Corporate Paralegal:

• Entity Management: Maintain corporate entities, organizational documents, governance records, and related legal information.
• Legal Operations: Maintain legal records, deadlines, matter information, and department documentation.
• Transaction Support: Support corporate and transactional matters by coordinating legal documentation, due diligence, and execution requirements.
• Corporate Governance: Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents, records, and related materials.
• Document Management: Organize contracts, agreements, legal files, and transactional documentation while supporting additional corporate legal matters.

Qualifications for the Corporate Paralegal:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or paralegal studies background is required.
• Experience: 1-5 years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house legal department is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with entity management, corporate governance, transactional matters, and legal operations is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with legal document management or related legal technology systems are required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive legal matters are required.
