Summary Overview

We are looking for organized, dependable individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Booking Specialists. This role focuses on assisting clients with researching available vacation services, coordinating reservations, and keeping important details organized from the initial request through final confirmation.

You may support a variety of bookings, including resort stays, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group experiences, tours, activities, and international trips. No previous industry experience is required, and training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information about client preferences, dates, destination interests, and budgets
• Research available accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, activities, and vacation packages
• Review and compare options that meet individual client requests
• Provide clear information about availability, inclusions, and reservation requirements
• Coordinate selected services using approved booking and supplier platforms
• Process reservation details and organize confirmation information
• Monitor deposits, final payment dates, and other important booking deadlines
• Verify traveler names, dates, accommodations, and selected services for accuracy
• Provide clients with confirmations, schedules, and relevant trip information
• Follow up on pending decisions and outstanding reservation details
• Assist with routine booking questions, modifications, and special requests
• Keep client records, notes, and reservation information current
• Stay knowledgeable about supplier products, destination options, and available promotions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with dates, deadlines, and detailed information
• Ability to research and compare options using online resources
• Capable of managing multiple client requests and follow-ups
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Comfortable learning reservation systems and digital platforms
• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
