We provide excellent benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision ++ a fun company to work!!!Job DescriptionAnalyzing and improving voice and data technologies within the Reemployment Assistance (RA) environment.Performing capacity planning and systems engineering for enterprise Cisco Systems in conjunction with remote sites.Recording trends that may develop into issues.Evaluating and assessing voice and data communication systems.Researching voice and data technologies for the appropriate COM solutions.Recommending and implementing voice and data communication systems and improvements.Maintaining, tuning, and supporting network Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and communication infrastructure.Developing product specifications for VOIP and telecommunications.Documenting and improving the operational telecommunications environment.Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.Industry certifications for the following areas, to include (but is not limited to):Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration.Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate.CCNA Route/Switch.CCNA Voice.Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT).Cisco VTVS2 (Telepresence Training).Three to Five (3-5) years of IT work experience with telecommunications and multiplatform environments, including the following:Cisco – Internetworking Operating System (IOS), Scalable Link Interface (SLI), Access Control System (Client) Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) and Terminal Access Control Access System (TACAS+).Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).Virtual Private Network (VPN).Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) (Word Service Description Language (WSDL), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in providing technical support for maintenance over new and existing telecommunications services.Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in providing customer service for client reported issues requiring technical assistance.Leadership experience with managing and completing complex projects relevant to telecommunications services.Experience and understanding of COM policy and procedure for IT services and telecommunication services as it applies to the project at hand.
