The Associate Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to two C-suite leaders, serving as a trusted partner who helps leaders operate effectively and efficiently. This role manages complex calendars, coordinates extensive travel, and supports national initiatives through strong project management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable juggling competing priorities, shifting schedules, and evolving business needs. They bring a service-oriented mindset and frequently interact with external stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting senior-level executives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, including strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and written communication skills
• Advanced calendar management and meeting coordination experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Smartsheet
• Tech-forward mindset with a willingness to learn, adopt, and champion new tools and ways of working
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with Visio, REDCap, and AI tools
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to frequent changes
• Proven problem-solving skills and independent decision-making ability
• Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities
• Healthcare industry experience
