Clinical Nurse - Pain Management

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a pain management setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and medication administration. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Promotes patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors. Provides education on post-treatment care, medication use, and health management. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred; experience in pain management is a plus.
