Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to create high-quality products. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Set up and operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Assist in the training of junior welders and fabricators as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding and fabrication.

1st shift - 7am to 4pm Mon-Fri-OT as needed

Pay is based on experience ($23+)
