A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from PreK through transition ages (up to 23 for special education services). Serving a supportive district with three elementary schools, one middle, and one high school, your expertise will make a direct impact on students’ communication and learning goals for the full academic year, from August 20th to June 4th, 2027.

In this full-time role, you'll manage a balanced, weighted caseload—up to 80 school-age students and 50 preschoolers, or a combination within these ratios depending on your assignments. Working alongside dedicated education professionals, you'll have an opportunity to empower students to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
• ODE credential required
• Accepting applicants with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLP experience in healthcare, pediatric, or school settings
• Previous experience within schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage and organize caseloads efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to PreK-transition age students, including special education populations
• Conduct evaluations, implement IEP goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with classroom educators, special education teams, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student interventions
• Manage caseload assignments and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
