A Project Manager (PM) in the Racine Petroleum Services (RSC) department will be primarily responsible for the duties and activities outlined below. The PM must be capable of managing multiple locations simultaneously while delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities include:Create orders and process design and estimating requests in our systemsReview and interpret site surveys and code checksPopulate estimate worksheet and customer proposalsWork with expeditors or installers to obtain permitsCreate and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractorsOrder in-house manufactured materialsCoordinate material deliveries, track shipmentsCommunicate and coordinate with Field SupervisorsOrder and expedite missing or damaged materials to the job siteReview and approve job completion photosProcess A/P invoicesMaintain job costsCreate and manage change ordersComplete variance and warranty reports as neededProcess customer invoicingCustomer communications – updates, change orders, installation coordinationMaintain internal systems and customer spreadsheets5+ years Project Management experience or similar required.This position requires a self-motivated, extremely organized individual capable of performing multiple tasks independently. This fast-paced, detail-oriented role requires a reliable, quick learner and a strong, committed team player who can drive projects to completion with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality results. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintain consistency, and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, the candidate must be able to think quickly, resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner, and remain calm under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
