Director of Analytics

Leading the development of data-driven marketing solutions, the full-time Director of Analytics will focus on pre-sale strategy, client engagement, and solution design, primarily working from the Chicago or Sussex offices four days a week, with remote options available for candidates outside these locations. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of audience and data strategies for new business and organic growth opportunities Act as a senior subject matter expert in audience, data, and direct marketing analytics during client engagements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with broader media and production capabilities Required Qualifications 12-15+ years of experience in direct marketing, CRM, or data-driven marketing environments Significant experience in client-facing, pre-sale, or solution strategy roles Background in agency, marketing services, or data-driven organizations Proven track record in developing audience strategies and analytic approaches Ability to translate analytic concepts into clear, client-friendly narratives
