Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately. Understand team members' scope of practice and present issues as needed. Demonstrate professional and supportive behavior. Lead and direct others through the change process. Participate in problem identification and resolution. Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
