Job Overview

Our client is seeking an energetic and visionary Vice President of Operations to lead our organization's operational strategy and execution. This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader who can drive operational excellence, foster continuous process improvements, and steer organizational change. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee business operations, manage budgets, and develop strategic initiatives that propel the company toward sustained growth and profitability. Your expertise in business development management, project management, and data-driven decision making will be essential in shaping the Company's future success.

Must have a minimum of 15 years in a management role dealing with commercial construction.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement operational excellence initiatives across all departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalable growth and operational sustainability.

Oversee business development efforts to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to optimize workflows and adapt to evolving industry demands.

Direct financial management activities including budget planning, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to maximize profitability.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading process improvement initiatives and leveraging data-driven insights for decision making.

Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on operational management, project execution, and team development to ensure high performance across functions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in executive leadership roles with a focus on operations management within a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated success in managing business operations, strategic planning, and large-scale organizational change management.

Strong background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and project management methodologies.

Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.

Skilled in data-driven decision making with a focus on strategic management and operational efficiency.

Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams through complex projects while fostering leadership development.
