The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned client relationships and prospective clients. They will meet with clients regularly to understand their goals, assess their financial situations, and deliver comprehensive financial advice across planning disciplines.Job ActivitiesServe as the lead advisor and primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and ongoing planning recommendations.Conduct regular client review meetings and proactively identify planning opportunities.Coordinate retirement, tax, estate, education, insurance and investment planning strategies.Collaborate with the firm's tax, financial planning, and investment teams.Manage client onboarding and transition processes.Provide guidance regarding portfolio construction and investment implementation.Review planning analyses and recommendations prepared by associates.Participate in business development activities and referral relationships.Participate in the Centurion Wealth Investment Committee.Leverage technology to efficiently deliver best-in-class service.QualificationsCFP certification in good standing.Minimum of five years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.Experience leading client meetings and managing ongoing client relationships.Strong knowledge of retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management planning concepts.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.Must pass a background check.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional designations such as CPA, CFA or EA credentials are preferred.Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools; strong attention to detail and organizational skills. xhyhwjd Ability to work on-site in Northern Virginia, VA, collaborate within a team environment, and adhere to high ethical and compliance standards.
