Immediate Opening – 3rd shift Production Operators Utica NY

$14.50 hour plus off shift differential
Hours: Monday - Friday 3rd shift 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Staffworks is seeking Production workers for a well-established local company

Product Operator Essential Job Functions:

• Perform machining, assembly and/or extrusion functions using production machines
• Will work with a variety of metals to create casts
• Fill out any and all required documentation to track work, record scrap, and maintain the accuracy of completed parts and required inventory
• May be required to perform rework as needed
• Can work with different materials with minimal scrapped parts
• Will learn to work with other support tools such as mics, gages, banders, and handtools
• Read and interpret simple drawings and diagrams with assistance from supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, will consider previous work history
• Standard pre-employment requirements apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be vaccinated
