AURA is seeking a Benefits Administrator Specialist to administer U.S. Health and Welfare and retirement programs. You will manage eligibility, enrollment, payroll deductions, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance with ERISA and ACA. Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and vendors to improve benefit processes, communications, and reporting.
