Restaurant Manager-Day Time Only

Job Overview The Turning Point is an award‑winning restaurant operating between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm. This daytime‑only shift focuses on delivering excellent service while allowing employees to finish their shift by 3 pm. Responsibilities Daily management of a single shift with no double‑shift requirement. No open or close shifts for managers. Work alongside front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff. Conduct one full inventory for each shift. Provide full transparency on the restaurant’s financial performance, key metrics, and performance‑based compensation. Use the full suite of technology solutions that support daily operations. Communicate support timely and helpfully without intruding on personal time. Seek out and hire exceptional team members and present growth opportunities. Ensure equity and equality for all employees. Provide an outstanding Turning Point experience for guests from arrival to departure. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required). Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team. Work effectively in partnership with others. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude. Schedule Day shifts only. Availability required for holidays and weekends. Occasional weekends off may be coordinated via shift swaps when staffing permits. Compensation Annual salary range: $55,000 – $65,000, with the opportunity to earn more through performance bonuses. The role includes 13 performance‑based bonus payments.
