Job Opportunity: Unit Manager
Our organization is currently looking for a Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations within a resident-focused nursing unit in Exeter, NH. This role is essential in ensuring that both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Coordinate and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes to maintain high standards of care.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in clinical leadership.
- Experience in long-term care settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound clinical judgment.
- A commitment to fostering teamwork and clinical excellence.
