Test Lead cum Business Analyst

Test Lead Cum Business Analyst

Location – Milwaukee, WI Start Date – Immediate Duration – 1 Year to start with

We need someone who has extensive experience in both Business Analyst and Quality Analyst. Below are the key skill sets looking for must haves:

Lead end-end testing for larger programs (preferably web apps)
Write detailed test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases
Execute SIT and UAT cycles
Track/Publish testing status
Track defects for testing
Perform Load/Stress testing on system
Responsible for analyzing and writing business requirement document (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user requirement specification (URS)
Perform business application analysis as business systems analysis requirement gathering, GAP analysis, continuous process improvements, and end-users/stakeholders communication
Organize in Joint Application Development (JAD) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) sessions with business/end users, expert team, and technical team
Perform UAT test drives and coordinated end users signoffs
Worked in Agile methodology
