You will be involved in various aspects of the design process, from conceptual sketching and 3D modeling to the preparation of presentation materials and design development documentation. Create and refine 3D models and renderings using various design software. Prepare presentation drawings, graphics, and documentation for client meetings. Support senior designers in developing design development and construction documentation. Conduct research on materials, building systems, and relevant codes. Participate in design critiques and team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback. Help organize and maintain project files and documentation. Learn and apply company design standards and procedures. Provide general support to the architectural team as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related design field. Foundational knowledge of architectural design principles and practices. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering programs (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion). Strong visual communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Understanding of basic building codes and construction processes is a plus. Must be eligible to work in **South Africa**.
