Operations Manager

UMOS, Inc. is seeking a staff supervisor to coordinate hiring, orientation, and ongoing training for a diverse team supporting early childhood and family services. You will manage schedules, overtime, timesheets, and maintain essential records in line with UMOS policies. The role includes supervising coordinators, ensuring ADA/Head Start compliance, managing CACFP/SFSP and safety programs, coordinating meetings, and supporting budget and recruitment efforts.
