Role Summary You own the full sales cycle from qualified first meeting to enrollment and expansion. This role is responsible for:
- Converting qualified prospects into paying clients
- Increasing client value through VIP upsells and renewals
- Contributing to and growing a referral-driven pipeline
How Pipeline Works This is not a "figure it out on your own" role and it's not fully inbound either. You will work with:
- A system to generate client and affiliate referrals
- Proven frameworks to build centers of influence (CPAs, real estate agents, business owners)
- A baseline of company-supported opportunities
What You'll Do Consultative Sales Execution
- Run 1:1 strategy sessions via Zoom
- Use SPIN-style discovery to understand client needs
- Present customized cash flow strategies
- Handle objections clearly and confidently
- Close clients into core programs and VIP tiers (when aligned)
- Generate referrals from clients and affiliate partners
- Build long-term relationships based on trust
- Maintain consistent follow-up across all opportunities
- Track pipeline and activity in CRM
- Maintain clear next steps and consistent follow-through
- 35+ qualified strategy sessions per month
- Strong close rate with consistent VIP upsells
- Increasing percentage of business from referrals and partnerships
- Growing residual income and repeat business
Compensation
- Uncapped commission
- Residual income on renewals
- Performance-based bonuses
Qualifications Required
- Proven history of six-figure+ earnings in consultative sales
- 3+ years closing high-ticket services or programs ($5K+)
- Experience running full-cycle sales independently
- Strong consultative, question-based selling ability
- 100% trainability
- High integrity-you do what's right
- You are in it to win for the client, show up prepared to every meeting
- You take full ownership of your results and seek to improve them
- You communicate clearly and directly
- CRM proficiency
- Strong Zoom / virtual selling capability
- Organized workflow and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using modern tools, including AI to your benefit
- Remote
- Must accommodate client time zones
- You control your calendar
- Occasional travel for team events
- Salespeople who rely on pressure tactics or manipulation
- Unmotivated individuals
- Metrics tempt you to take short cuts
- Those expecting fully inbound, pre-booked calendars
- Order-takers who avoid follow-up or referrals
- Resume and LinkedIn profile
- Last 3 years of sales performance
- Average deal size
You will also be expected to build trust, generate referrals, and create long-term value for both yourself and your clients. We build long term wins for everyone involved.
