Oversee account reconciliations, including cash reconciliation and audit support activities. Lead, coach, and develop members of the accounting team. Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making. Support annual audit activities and maintain strong financial controls. Qualifications For The Accounting Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with manufacturing experience Prior supervisory or accounting leadership experience.
